Caitlin Duffy transferring from Colorado State to USD for basketball. It's not purely for athletics, but she's got to sit out a season. That wouldn't be a bad idea for high schools. You want to move to play basketball at Washington, for example, fine, but you're not eligible next season. That would change a lot of kids' minds.
